Gillian works closely with clients to resolve their HR challenges and issues in a consultancy capacity, and provides HR related training programmes for managers and staff.   She has 25 years experience within HR, and has experience of working in senior management and HR Director roles.   She has vast experience at both strategic and operational levels and an excellent understanding and practice of current employment legislation. Gillian works effectively in both the public and private sector including manufacturing, engineering, retail, legal, travel, financial services/insurance and health.

Her extensive training experience includes training managers and staff to develop skills and knowledge ensuring that they engage with, embrace and implement company policies, internal procedures and frameworks. Gillian's courses range from a general 'Managing Within the Law' course which covers all aspects of employment law and what managers need to know and do to stay within this, to the specific targeted courses such as 'Managing Sickness Absence'.

She is a practical, focussed, operational and commercially aware professional with excellent interpersonal, persuasive and motivational skills.  

Gillian is a Fellow of the CIPD, has a Diploma in Management Studies and qualified Member of the British Psychological Society.
