Julie is the MD of JAM People and started the business in 2000. She has almost 20 years of people development experience and began her training career in the financial services sector. In her last role as the Training Manager at First Direct she gained invaluable contact centre experience and a passion for exceptional customer service.

Julie is an exceptional trainer and is committed to developing others through training and coaching. She has a very personable style and is able to connect with and work with people at all levels. She continues work with a broad range of sectors across the UK and EMEA including clients in automotive, legal, financial services, insurance, retail and IT. Her broad areas of specialism include Management Development, Personal Effectiveness and Customer Service.

Julie is an NLP Practitioner, an accredited user of TMS (Team Management Systems) and is SHL qualified (levels A & B) in psychometric profiling.
