Steve is an experienced and inspirational trainer, developer and coach, having worked with many organisations in Britain and across EMEA.   He has gained extensive experience in analysing training needs, and designing, developing, implementing and evaluating learning programmes.   He specialises in Personal Development, Management and Leadership and Business Skills training.

Steve combines a thorough understanding of business issues and the learning process with a focussed and dynamic approach to training.   His focus and structure ensure that learning objectives are met and his style encourages individual participation in a creative working environment.

Steve has had a varied and interesting career to date.   He initially worked in the Financial Services Industry where his ability to identify customer requirements and his dedication to exceeding them was quickly recognised.

From there Steve went on to manage a service-orientated company based in the Midlands where he was involved in all areas of the business.   Initially concentrating on sales and marketing, Steve later concentrated on staff development and training.

Steve then travelled the world working for a major cruise line company.   His role was varied, combining presentational and promotional work with staff management, development and training.

He holds a BA (Hons) First Class in Education and Performing Arts and is a certified Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.   Steve is also qualified to administer the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) using Relationship Awareness Theory and the Belbin team-profiling tool.
