Sue has over 20 year's experience of people development and worked in her last management appointment as a Personnel Manager with Marks and Spencer. Her background in HR means that she is able to understand the practical issues that face most managers and ensure that the training and development is relevant and appropriate to real work situations.

Sue is an experienced very capable trainer who is able to adapt her style and approach to the people she is working with. She is an enthusiastic and is particularly motivated to ensure that people reach their personal potential and enjoy stretching their skills and increase their development opportunities. She has worked across the public and private sectors on management development programmes.

Sue is an accredited user of Belbin Interplace and Team Roles and Jigsaw@work discovery tool, she also has a level A Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing and is a member of the British Psychological Society.
